Gainesville is voted 2021’s best place to live in Florida by Niche.com, a top-ranked survey site. It’s what we’ve known all along: Gainesville, Florida is a great place to live!
Top-ranked survey site, Niche.com, has just released their 2021 Best Cities to Live in America report and Gainesville ranks as the top place to live in Florida–two spots ahead of Tampa–and ranks in the top 50 Cities nationwide.
These excited survey results were also published nationwide in Travel + Leisure magazine!
Gainesville ranked #37 out of 228 for Cities with Best Public Schools, #38 for Best Cities to Live in America and #49 for Best Cities to Raise a Family in America.
Gainesville made an A grade for public schools, outdoor activities, nightlight, diversity, weather and commute and scored B grades for jobs, cost of living and health and fitness.
